JAMIE STEDMAN

I’ve always chased movement and adrenaline - from gymnastics and high-diving as a kid, to skateboarding, snowboarding, and skydiving as an adult. Pushing my limits brought incredible experiences, but also plenty of injuries.


After five years teaching skiing and snowboarding internationally and over 17 years of skateboarding experience, including five as a professional, my body eventually called for meaningful recovery. An 18-month Physical rehab programme evolved into a deep, long-term commitment to understanding human movement and healing.

Twelve years later, I help people recover, rebuild, and return to what they love. Most injuries aren’t an ending — they’re the start of a comeback.

With over 12 years of experience and 8,500+ hours of one-to-one coaching, I work with busy professionals seeking effective, sustainable personal training. I offer in-person and online coaching, nutritional guidance, and practical wellbeing strategies designed to fit demanding careers and full lives. My approach focuses on intelligent strength training, healthy movement, and long-term health—without rigid gym routines or sacrificing great food, social time, or enjoyment.
